Refund Policy (Domestic) INDIA

Full-priced items: Refund of product value (original shipping charges non-refundable).
Goods bought using any kind of coupon code / discount code or during an ongoing sale are not eligible for a refund.
Sale/discounted items: Eligible for store credit only (valid for 12 months).
Customized/personalized products: Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of inspection approval.

Item must be unworn, with all tags and original packaging.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.

All returns are subject to inspection. Craft & Glory reserves the right to reject returns if the product is not in resalable condition.
For any exchanges or replacements due to a damaged product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof at the time of opening the package. The video should be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed package, clearly showing the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product in its original condition. This video must be shared with us for any claims related to damage, defects, missing items, replacements, or exchanges. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All products in the Seconds & Samples Sale are offered as-is, and every purchase is final - no refunds, no returns, no cancellations, and no exchanges.

No returns, cancellations, customisations or refunds on orders placed during Flash Sale.
Customers can only opt for size exchange or store credits during Sale Event.

These pieces include factory seconds, discontinued designs, showroom samples, prototypes, or photography pairs that did not make it to the main collection due to minor cosmetic imperfections. You may notice small variations such as slight shade differences, minor marks, or scratches.

To help you understand the condition, only the images where the product is being held in hand highlight the actual blemishes or imperfections. All other images shown are standard product images used for reference.

These imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not affect the durability, functionality, or craftsmanship of the product. Each piece is still made from the same highest-grade leather and built with the same construction standards Craft & Glory is known for.

Size changes:

Within 24 hours → free.
After 24 hours (before dispatch) → 15% restocking fee.

Sizing is true to Brannock Device measurements. Do not size down. Contact support if unsure.
Custom orders require written confirmation and may incur extra charges.

Production Timelines

Standard: 4 - 6 weeks (excluding weekends/holidays).
Peak season: 4 -8 weeks (e.g., sales or festivals).
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, due to handcrafted production.

Leather Characteristics

Craft & Glory uses full-grain, uncorrected water buffalo leather. Natural variations are expected and celebrated, including:

Grain and texture differences
Follicle marks
Natural scars or scratches

These are not defects and do not affect durability or performance.

WARRANTY POLICY (24 Months from Purchase)

Leather quality issues
Hardware defects
Construction flaws

Not Covered:

Natural leather variations (grain, scars, marks)
Normal wear and tear
Handcrafting variances
Water damage or improper care
Use of third-party products
Cosmetic modifications or alterations
Accidental damage or misuse
Purchases from unauthorized sellers
