Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Order & Payment

• Prebooked orders can not be cancelled after 10 days of placing them.
• Leather is sourced specifically for your order. The estimated sourcing time is up to 8 weeks, after which production will begin (these are tentative timelines as the leather is to be imported from Italy the timelines may differ slightly)
• To make the process convenient, payment will be collected in three stages:

1. Booking Amount: ₹2,500 to confirm your order.
2. Second Payment: 40% of the order value once your leather has been sourced and dispatched from the tannery.
3. Final Payment: The remaining balance before your order is shipped.

• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, it will be a complete prepaid order.

Packaging & Shipping

• Every order will be carefully packed in our premium packaging to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition, and enhance even your unboxing experience.
• All shipments will be sent via Blue Dart Express, with special care taken during packaging and dispatch.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

• As every product is made specifically for you, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once production has commenced.
• Every product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or the natural ageing and patina of leather.

About the Leather

• Your product will be crafted using premium 100% genuine horsehide leather, a completely natural material.
• Horses are large, active animals, and every hide develops its own unique characteristics over its lifetime. As a result, no two hides are ever identical.
• Natural characteristics such as:
• Grain variation
• Scars
• Wrinkles
• Insect bites
• Shade variation
• Growth marks
• Other naturally occurring markings are inherent to genuine leather and are not considered defects.
• Slight variations in grain, colour, texture, and character between different panels of the same product are completely normal and contribute to the individuality and authenticity of each piece.
• With use, the leather will continue to develop a rich patina and character unique to its owner. This natural ageing process is an intended characteristic of premium horsehide.

Leather Selection

• The design or style of your product may be changed before production begins, subject to feasibility. However, once your chosen leather has been confirmed and allocated to your order, it cannot be changed.
• Leather selection is based on photographs and samples provided by the tannery. While these are representative of the leather, slight variations in colour, grain, texture, and overall appearance may occur in the final product due to the natural characteristics of leather and differences in photography or display devices.
• Each batch of leather is unique, and minor variations between batches should be expected.

Sizing

• We are happy to assist and advise you in selecting the most appropriate size based on the measurements and information you provide.
• While every effort will be made to recommend the best possible fit, the final size selection remains your responsibility.
• As every jacket is made specifically to order, size alterations are not possible, and jackets cannot be exchanged or returned due to an incorrect size selection. We therefore encourage you to carefully review the size chart and consult us if you require any assistance before confirming your order.

Authenticity

• Every product is designed to remain faithful to its historical inspiration while incorporating carefully considered construction techniques to enhance durability, longevity, and everyday usability.
• Each product is handcrafted, and minor variations in stitching, dimensions, finishing, and overall appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted goods and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Every leather batch is documented internally to ensure quality control and complete traceability throughout production.
