Crafted from premium full-grain leather, our Service Shoes offer a rich texture that ages beautifully over time. The Goodyear welt construction ensures durability and the ability to be resoled, making them a lifelong companion. We've reinforced both sides of the shoe with rivets, adding strength to high-stress areas while maintaining a sleek profile and historical accuracy.

The leather-stacked heel not only adds to the shoe's sophisticated appeal but also provides sturdy support. Inside, a vegetable-tanned midsole molds to your foot with wear, delivering personalized comfort.

These Service Shoes are more than just footwear — they're a testament to heritage craftsmanship with a modern twist, perfect for those who balance ruggedness and refinement.

Materials:

  • Leather: 5 0z (2mm) thick semi aniline full grain buffalo leather upper.

  • Lining: 3 0z (1.4mm) thick leather lining.

  • Insole: 10 Oz (approx. 4mm) thick full vegetable tanned insole.

  • Midsole: 10 Oz (approx. 4mm) thick full vegetable tanned midsole.

  • Steel Shank for durability and strength.

  • 100% natural Cork footbed for extra comfort.

  • Outsole: Commando Half outsole in 100% solid rubber for extra traction

Sockliner:

  • Foam Topped with Genuine Leather: A 2 mm thick cushioned EVA is topped with 1

    mm thick genuine leather lining.

  • Vegetable Tanned Leather: A straight-cut 3-4 mm thick vegetable-tanned leather insert. No cushion, heavy duty.
  • Laces: Waxed Nylon laces.

"Raven-black" This term, It immediately brings to mind the deep, iridescent black of a raven's feathers, suggesting not just a lack of light, but a richness and depth to the color.
The C&G Raven black Service shoes has lustrous leather thats soft, pliable, and slightly shiny surface.
Its sturdy, substantial and built for durability and purpose.
It hugs the ankle and lower leg so very well.
It has thick, braided laces and lovely thick soles( Thicker soles need to be/ can be ordered separately if need be, based on the fitment sizes).

All in all, The boots are a classic lace-up style, crafted from thick, raven-black leather with a slightly grained texture. Their substantial heels and soles promises firm footing, and the well-worn creases at the ankle speak of years of dependable wear.

Simply unique and perfect

I have now used this show repeatedly for a month. The natural grain, the follicle bumps and the sheer craftsmanship on these shoes is mind-blowing being GYW at this price point and overall look seems impossible. I don't understand how they are doing this without incurring losses. I was dreading the break-in period for the shoe and wore it continuously for the month but it felt like a breeze after a week or so.
