DOMESTIC ORDERS (INDIA)

Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs related to exchanges or repairs.
If a product is deemed defective, Craft & Glory will cover all related shipping expenses.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Full-priced items: Refund of product value (original shipping charges non-refundable).
Goods bought using any kind of coupon code / discount code or during an ongoing sale are not eligible for a refund.
Sale/discounted items: Eligible for store credit only (valid for 12 months).
Customized/personalized products: Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of inspection approval.

Returns & Exchanges

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Allowed only for size-related issues.
Conditions:

Item must be unworn, with all tags and original packaging.
Only one exchange per order is permitted.
Replacement must be for the same product and specifications (leather, sole, style).

No returns, cancellations, customisations or refunds on orders placed during Flash Sale.
Customers can only opt for size exchange or store credits during Sale Event.

All returns are subject to inspection. Craft & Glory reserves the right to reject returns if the product is not in resalable condition.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping

All international orders ship via DHL Express.
Rates (by order value):

Up to $60 → $16 USD
$61 – $399 → $35 USD
$400+ → Free

Refunds

All international products are made to order.
Refunds are not available as international returns are not feasible.

Returns & Exchanges

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are only permitted for size-related issues.
One exchange per order for the same product and specifications.
The original item does not need to be returned.
Reshipping fee: $65 USD (waived only for defective items supported by an unboxing video).

GENERAL TERMS (Applicable to All Orders)

Order Processing

All orders are final; cancellations are not accepted.
Size changes:

Within 24 hours → free.
After 24 hours (before dispatch) → 15% restocking fee.

Sizing is true to Brannock Device measurements. Do not size down. Contact support if unsure.
Custom orders require written confirmation and may incur extra charges.

Production Timelines

Standard: 4 - 8 weeks (excluding weekends/holidays).
Peak season: Up to 4 - 8 weeks (e.g., sales or festivals).
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, due to handcrafted production.

Leather Characteristics

Craft & Glory uses full-grain, uncorrected water buffalo leather. Natural variations are expected and celebrated, including:

Grain and texture differences
Follicle marks
Natural scars or scratches

These are not defects and do not affect durability or performance.

WARRANTY POLICY (24 Months from Purchase)

Covered:

Leather quality issues
Hardware defects
Construction flaws

Not Covered:

Natural leather variations (grain, scars, marks)
Normal wear and tear
Handcrafting variances
Water damage or improper care
Use of third-party products
Cosmetic modifications or alterations
Accidental damage or misuse
Purchases from unauthorized sellers
