The build of the boots is by far the best I’ve seen in boots from India. My father, who used to live in the US, would talk about the great quality boots he used to get back in the States. But when he saw these boots it brought a smile to his face. They reminded him of the quality of boots he used to get there. In addition to the quality of the boot, I needed to get the boot quite urgently and reached out to Divya regarding my travel plans and I got the shoes much before I had to leave. So thanks for the early delivery. I can see myself using these for a very long time. And when the soles wear out I hope I come to you guys again to re-sole it. Nonetheless, it is a great boot. Didn’t disappoint whatsoever.

I purchased these monkey boots during the sale, they arrived promptly but were unfinished, the speed hooks had not been installed on either pair. Seemed odd as the boots had clearly been laced up by the lace indents in the tongue that they missed this.
I reached out and was told they'd remake the boots but since then comms have gone dark.
I've since had the speed hooks installed at a local cobbler at my expense (hence 4 stars). The boots themselves are great and after about 3 days break in have been very comfortable.
I recently purchased a pair of Goodyear welted pure leather boots, and I am beyond impressed with their quality. These boots are the epitome of strength and authenticity. The Craft and Glory loafer is undeniably a great-looking shoe. The design is sleek, the fit is spot-on, and the materials feel high-quality. You can tell that craftsmanship was a priority, and the shoe is clearly made with care and attention to detail.
However, my experience was tainted by a serious quality control issue. Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was a visible damage on the leather of the toe box. For a product that costs over ₹7000 and takes more than 10 days to arrive, I expected better care and inspection before shipping.
While I appreciate the discount offered through a first-time buyer coupon, I was disappointed to find no clear return or exchange option, leaving me with a damaged product.
For a premium brand like Craft and Glory, customers who invest at this price point will naturally have higher expectations. Attention to detail doesn’t stop at making the shoe — it should extend to ensuring the final product is flawless. Unfortunately, this oversight has left me reconsidering whether I would purchase from them again in the future.
Received the product today only! First impression on craftsmanship is impressive! Good to have two laces options! That’s something I didn’t expect! Build quality can be compared to some good international brands! Willl update after 2-3 months of use….

The quality of the product is very good but the new leather is pain in ass. Hope in long run these get comfortable. The leather quality is great but the rivits/ the metal attached to the boots rubs with skin and leaves painful marks after wearing good quality socks too. Need to address this issue.

At first I was skeptical of buying from a brand which I saw in in instagram. But let me tell you they have the potential to be one of the best shoe brands in India purely on the basis of leather they have used and the superb craftsmanship.
I am a Medical Officer in ONGC Tripura Asset posted in drilling rig and I have to wear industrial grade safety boots with steel toes and steel shanks all the time and your soles hurt like hell. With that said, I own few pair of woodland boots, 8 year old. The Moc Toes of C&G hits the sweet spot in between, with exactly the right comfort for my feet after my first wear. I wear a standard 8 uk & my feets are broader and my 2nd finger is longer than the first for the reference.
After watching a few youtube videos & reviews which states about the insole being thin and not comfortable, I invite them to wear safety boots.
About the box its very sturdy and has a dust bag and a rugged key chain as a gift. If you are a person who likes to care for your things you will love the box.
Overall I have to say keep it up guys and looking forward to your leather jackets. If this quality is maintained I am your loyal customer.

Love the quality and craftsmanship! I own a pair of each type of boots made by Craft and Glory! Initially I didn’t like the Monkey Explorer in the photos, but when I saw a friend wear them I had to buy them! I ordered them right away and here they are! They are roomy and comfortable!
I still cannot believe that newly made boots can be so comfortable from the beginning, fit and finish is great. I put them, laced them and that’s it. Of course there is desired hand made feel and look. Also that leather, almost unknown in EU is pure glory.

I am very very particular and passionate about footwear, craft and glory's ads kind of told my love for footwear in a way. And the shoes lived up to what I was expecting.

One doubt / question to the team tough .. posting one pic of a closeup of the bottom layer stitching, even tough they look strong, won't they come off as they are directly exposed to the ground ? ... may be a cut was needed ?

I'm pretty happy with the boots for the money. They seem solidly built. The leather is reasonably thick, yet supple. It's not like it's a horween leather but there's nothing wrong with it if you don't mind a little texture.
I'm still breaking them, so the footed and sole are quite hard under foot. I wish the stitching on the sole didn't go over the lugs and was off the lugs or in a channel similar to vibram soles.
I replaced the laces as I found the ones that came with the boots a bit thin and uncomfortable but that was an easy fix.
I ordered a half size up from my US size, which was spot on with my EU and Japanese size measurements.

However, there is some room for improvement, particularly with the insole. Currently, the insole is made of a very thin leather layer stitched onto a thin layer of foam. While this may be adequate for some, I believe a 4-5 mm thick leather insole would significantly enhance the overall comfort and support. This minor adjustment would elevate the boots from excellent to perfect, providing an even more luxurious and comfortable experience for the wearer.

Excellent Quality Leather and Construction of the boots, I really liked it and after pairing it with Black or Olive jeans. The outfit looks class apart.
Now to the -ve points.
1. The boots when received were not pre conditioned and hence had to condition prior wearing.
2. The laces are somehow on shorter side for 8 eyelets. Hence if Craft and Glory team can provide 160 to 170CM laces with these boots then it would be perfect
Fell in love the moment saw these shoes. My all time fav design. But the fit of the shoes is not state of art. My universal shoe size is 45, but these seems a little large in size. Wonder if they would exchange it for size 10…?
Overall, these are good boots. I’m glad someone has finally thought to bring some quality products resembling the Red Wing Iron Ranger. Although the seller provided a 2-year warranty, I haven’t received a warranty card in my box, which is always good to have. I noticed some wet glue in the corners, which ideally shouldn’t be there when the shoes are finished. The boots look tough enough to withstand harsh use, like hiking or walking on rough terrain, but I am a bit doubtful about the heel outsole as it looks like it is only pasted on the stacked sole. In quality boots, they are fixed with nails. Lastly, the response to customer queries is not very good. I have summarized my review as follows:

I received my Ranger boots promptly and was very satisfied with the excellent workmanship and the look of the boots. The colour (saddle tan) is just gorgeous. They were a little narrow even though I ordered the EE fitting but they seem to be wearing in quite well. I liked the fact that they shipped with 2 pair os laces but they are a little bit too short. I will definitely consider buying more boots from Craft and Glory.
Shoes delivered as promised. Very good quality on first impression, nice appearance, perhaps a bit too small in size. Will buy it again.
