Inspirées des bottes de travail développées pour les travailleurs des mines et de l'industrie au début des années 1900, adoptées plus tard par l'armée et la marine comme bottes de service pendant la Première et la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Les bottes Toe Cap ont résisté à l’épreuve du temps tant en termes de durabilité que de fonctionnalité.

Ces bottes de travail cousues Heritage Goodyear avec surpiqûres classiques et semelles extérieures en caoutchouc Commando cousues à la main, parfaites pour un gentleman aimant et robuste.

Une paire de bottes qui vous durera pendant des années. Fabriqué en cuir de buffle épais pleine fleur, trépointe Goodyear cousue à la main. Une botte suffisamment robuste pour affronter n’importe quel terrain.

Matériaux

Tige en cuir de buffle pleine fleur ciré de 5 0z (2 mm) d'épaisseur.
Doublure en cuir de 3 0z (1,4 mm) d'épaisseur.
Semelle intercalaire entièrement tannée végétale de 10 oz (4 mm) d'épaisseur.
7 onces (3 mm) d'épaisseur trépointe en cuir fait main entièrement tanné végétal.
Tige en acier pour plus de durabilité et de résistance.
Assise plantaire en liège 100 % naturel pour plus de confort.
Semelle extérieure Commando 100 % caoutchouc pour une traction supplémentaire.
Mousse à mémoire de forme amortissante en latex + semelle intérieure en cuir véritable.
Lacets ronds en nylon ciré bicolore.

Natural Rubber Lug Commando Soles

Highest quality natural rubber sole with deep lugs for ultimate traction and abrasion. Stacked leather heels. Sole is handstiched to the welt. Great for outdoors and all day wearing.

Vegetable Tanned Leather Heel & Toe Counters

Toe box and heel counters are crafted out of thick vegetable tanned leather and dipped in industrial hardeners to keep your boot structured and durable for a lifetime.

How We Craft Our Goodyear Welted Boots

1.
Cueillette du cuir à la main, traçage et découpe à la main pour fabriquer une tige.
2.
Couture des panneaux supérieurs avec une précision et des détails extrêmes.
3.
Semelle intérieure, l'épine dorsale de la botte est en cuir tanné végétal le plus épais.
4.
La tige est étirée et clouée sur la semelle intérieure en cuir pour lui donner la forme d'une botte.
5.
La trépointe en cuir est cousue à travers la tige dans la semelle intérieure en cuir pour plus de durabilité.
6.
La tige en acier est ajoutée et la cavité est remplie d'une semelle intérieure en liège qui épouse la forme de vos pieds.
7.
Une semelle extérieure en caoutchouc naturel avec des crampons profonds est d'abord cimentée et cousue à la main sur la trépointe.
8.
Des couches de cuir empilées et un talon en caoutchouc sont cloués à la botte de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur.
